# Refund Policy

**30-day money-back guarantee.** If Face Card Pro isn’t right for you, ask for a refund within 30 days of a payment and you get that payment back in full. No questions asked.

## How to get a refund

Web purchases are sold by Paddle, our reseller and Merchant of Record, and Paddle processes every refund. Reply to your Paddle receipt, find your order at [paddle.net](https://paddle.net), or write to [hello@facecardai.app](mailto:hello@facecardai.app) from the email you used at checkout and we will arrange it. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

## Cancelling

You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for. If you cancel during a free trial, you are not charged.

## App Store purchases

If you subscribed inside the iOS app, Apple sold the subscription, and refunds are requested from Apple at [reportaproblem.apple.com](https://reportaproblem.apple.com). We cannot issue them.

## Your legal rights

Nothing here limits the rights you have as a consumer where you live, including the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days in the EU and the UK.
