30-day money-back guarantee. If Face Card Pro isn’t right for you, ask for a refund within 30 days of a payment and you get that payment back in full. No questions asked.

How to get a refund

Web purchases are sold by Paddle, our reseller and Merchant of Record, and Paddle processes every refund. Reply to your Paddle receipt, find your order at paddle.net, or write to [email protected] from the email you used at checkout and we will arrange it. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for. If you cancel during a free trial, you are not charged.

App Store purchases

If you subscribed inside the iOS app, Apple sold the subscription, and refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue them.

Your legal rights

Nothing here limits the rights you have as a consumer where you live, including the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days in the EU and the UK.
